Luigi Sebastiano
Growing up with rich culinary family experiences in Napoli, Luigi was destined to become a restaurateur. Much in the same way as Guy’s father, Luigi left his home country in 2009 and ventured to New York City in pursuit of refining his talent for crafting delicious meals.
After years of working with Italian chefs in Manhattan’s finest restaurants, Luigi moved to South Florida to open his first pizzeria, Mangia e Bevi with the support of his family and business partner Gaetano Sperduto. Luigi is proud to feature his grandmother’s exquisite sauce and meatball recipes, among his other family-inspired creations.
Napoli Now! Pizzeria Napoletana in South Florida, and Mangia e Bevi restaurants in Cocoa Beach and Weston are Guy’s and Luigi’s flourishing Italian eateries. In 2023, Mangia e Bevi in Cocoa Beach was rated #1 Neapolitan pizza in Florida by the Washington Post, and #7 in the nation.
Presently, Guy and Luigi have successfully captured the same exceptional quality and authentic flavor by perfecting their proprietary method of creating their online Italian culinary products.
Their motivation and goal is to craft the most wholesome and superb Neopolitan pizza you have ever experienced, fusing the healthiest and finest Italian ingredients.
You must experience these fabulous pizzas crafted by Gaetano and Luigi. You will thoroughly enjoy every delicious morsel including the crust! You will not find a better tasting pizza. ENJOY!
Gaetano (Guy) Sperduto
First-generation Italian-American Gaetano Sperduto affectionately known as Guy, hails from a family of restaurateurs.
A native of Fondi, Guy’s enterprising father came to America in 1957 and established an Italian restaurant in Staten Island, New York in 1960 and years later in Hallandale, Florida.
The island of Ischia is the birthplace of Guy’s beloved mother’s family who powerfully influenced his upbringing, instilling in Guy a passion for his Italian values, culture, and cuisine.
Guy and his two brothers grew up working in their parents’ Italian restaurants, learning all facets of the family business including managing, cooking, serving, and delivering pizzas.
Inspired by his father’s fulfillment of the American dream and love for his homeland, Guy works alongside his cousins in their family-owned and operated factory in picturesque Southern Italy ensuring complete control over production and management.
His gusto for Italian cuisine inspires Guy to procure the highest quality ingredients directly from Italy by personally hand-selecting (and Guy literally does “hand-select”) locally-cultivated flour, mozzarella, Reggiano-Parmegiano, olive oil, and the tomatoes to create healthy and authentic Neapolitan pizzas and culinary delights.
